Two perspectives. One studio. Pause was shaped by how spaces feel — and by the kind of movement that feels like coming home.

“Sometimes, you just need to pause.”
I’ve always been a little obsessed with spaces. How they look, how they feel, and how they can completely change your mood.
As an architect, I naturally wanted Pause to be beautiful. But I also wanted it to feel warm, welcoming and a little bit fun, the kind of place where you can work hard, laugh, sweat, and still feel completely at ease.
I love Pilates for that very reason. It’s controlled and intentional, but it can also be challenging, humbling and, on some days, slightly chaotic!
For me, Pause is about finding that balance, getting stronger, taking care of yourself, and remembering that wellness doesn’t always have to be so serious.

“A little reminder to slow down, move, breathe, and come back to yourself.”
Pause started from something very personal to me.
I’ve always believed in movement, but I never really connected with the traditional gym. I wanted something that felt more intentional — a space where movement could also feel like self-care.
I wanted to create the kind of space I was always looking for myself: beautiful, calming, welcoming, and somewhere you actually want to be.
And that became Pause.
